Seigneurie Property

At-A-Glance

The Seigneurie Property is one of the company’s most significant Nb–REE exploration assets, located within the prolific Grenville Province, a region known for major niobium and rare earth deposits. The area was originally drilled by SOQUEM in 1978, revealing pegmatite bodies up to 50 metres wide and extending at least 250 metres along an east–west strike. These extensive pegmatites have never been systematically assayed, leaving substantial room for new discovery. Exploration work has identified multiple mineralised trends across the property, supported by active prospecting and channel sampling programs as the project advances toward drilling.

Key Highlights

  • Historical grab sampling returned 3,190 ppm Nb and 4,031 ppm TREE, confirming high-grade mineral potential.
  • The main Seigneurie Prospect lies within a 5 km highly prospective trend.
  • Up to 50 km of additional prospective strike length identified across multiple trends.
  • Fieldwork is ongoing, with the project drill-ready for Q1 2026.

Geological Setting

Located in the Proterozoic-aged Grenville Province, the property hosts extensive Nb–REE-bearing pegmatite dykes. The region is positioned near major niobium deposits including Niobec and the Lac Crevier deposit, underlining the geological continuity and potential for district-scale discoveries.
